Privacy Policy
The short version: no account, no tracking of your photos, no data from children. Here is everything in plain language.

1. Who we are
ColorCraft is a free AI coloring page generator operated by the ColorCraft team. We can be reached at zjp133@outlook.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
2. What we don't collect
- No account, no personal profile. You never sign up, and we never ask for your name, phone number or address.
- No photos. The "Photo to line art" tool runs entirely in your browser. The image you upload is processed on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
- No children's data. ColorCraft is designed for adults — parents, teachers, caregivers and adult creators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect, store or share personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
3. What we do collect
- Text prompts. When you use "Text to coloring page", the words you type are sent to a third-party image service (Pollinations) to draw your page. We use the prompt only to create the image you asked for; the image service may process your prompt and standard request data (such as IP address) under its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend not typing personal information into prompts.
- Waitlist email (optional). If you join the Pro waitlist, the email address you enter is currently stored only in your own browser's local storage — it is not transmitted to us yet. When we launch paid plans, we will ask you to subscribe through a payment provider and will then process your email in line with this policy.
- Local storage settings. Your browser stores small local values for language preference, cookie consent choice, and a per-hour generation counter used to keep the free service fair. These stay on your device.
- Standard hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically records routine technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use this to build profiles about you.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Today the site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. When you first visit, you'll see a consent banner; we only place non-essential cookies after you accept.
We intend to show advertising on this site (for example, Google AdSense) once approved. Advertising partners, including Google, use cookies to serve and measure ads, and may use cookies such as the DoubleClick cookie to personalize ads. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we will obtain your consent through a consent management platform (CMP) that meets Google's requirements before any advertising or advertising cookies are used, and we will support your right to change your choice at any time.
If you decline cookies, the site remains fully usable — generation and photo-to-line-art do not require cookies.
5. Children's privacy (COPPA)
ColorCraft is a tool for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and its amended rule. Because the site is not child-directed, we do not use behavioral advertising aimed at children, and we do not condition children's participation on disclosing more information than is reasonably necessary. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians with concerns may contact us at zjp133@outlook.com.
6. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have rights over the limited data described above, including the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to processing, and data portability where applicable;
- withdraw any consent you gave (e.g. cookie consent) at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email zjp133@outlook.com. Because we hold very little data and most of it never leaves your device, most requests can be resolved quickly.
7. Data retention and security
We keep no user database, so there is nothing to retain beyond routine hosting logs, which are kept only as long as needed for security and operations and are then deleted. Generated images are delivered to your browser and are not stored by us. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the small amount of data we handle.
8. Third-party links and services
Our guides may link to external websites (such as Google's policies) with their own privacy practices. The image generation service we use has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to the prompts it processes on our behalf.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, when paid plans or advertising launch). The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version, and significant changes will be called out on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
10. Contact
Privacy questions, data requests or concerns: zjp133@outlook.com, or via the contact page.
