Terms of Service
Simple terms for a simple, free tool. Please read them — by using ColorCraft you agree to them.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. The service
ColorCraft is a free web tool that generates coloring pages from text descriptions and turns photos into line art. It is provided "as is" and free of charge. We aim to keep it available around the clock, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability: generation may queue, slow down or occasionally fail during high demand, and we may change, limit or discontinue features at any time.
2. Using the service
ColorCraft is intended for adults — parents, teachers, caregivers and adult creators. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:
- generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
- generate material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, or that reproduces a protected character or artwork;
- upload photos of other people without their permission;
- attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other users' access;
- use the service for automated commercial generation at scale on the free tier.
We may suspend access for users who abuse the service, without notice.
3. Generated pages — what you can do with them
Coloring pages you create are generated fresh by AI at your request. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use pages created on the free tier for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing, sharing with family, and use in a classroom or similar non-commercial educational setting.
Free-tier pages are not licensed for commercial use — for example, selling pages on Etsy, publishing in a product on Amazon KDP, or including them in paid materials. A commercial license will be offered through our upcoming paid plan.
AI results are original and generally excellent, but not perfect. Because output is generated by AI, we do not warrant that any page is unique, free of third-party rights, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking that your use — especially any commercial use under a future license — complies with the law and with any applicable platform rules. We don't claim copyright in AI-generated output, and we don't transfer any copyright to you.
4. Your content and privacy
You keep whatever rights you have in the text you type and the photos you process. Text prompts are sent to a third-party image service to create your page; photos are processed only in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Our content and intellectual property
The ColorCraft name, logo, website text and design belong to us. Our guides and examples are original content. You may link to any page on this site, and you may print or share generated pages for personal and classroom use as described above, but you may not republish our site content wholesale without permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that results will be error-free, uninterrupted, or safe from third-party interference.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorCraft and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero).
8. Copyright takedown
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us at zjp133@outlook.com with details, and we'll review it promptly.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time (for example, when paid plans launch). The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence for consumer protection purposes, and otherwise by the law of the jurisdiction in which ColorCraft's operator is established. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: zjp133@outlook.com.
